Email us at support@dashlightfuel.com. Include your account email and the order number if you have one. We will reply within one business day, usually within a few hours during weekday business hours.
If your delivery is in progress and something looks off, the fastest path is to tap the order in the customer app and use the “Report a problem” action. That opens a thread already linked to the order, the driver, and the address, so we have the context we need.
Common questions
We try to keep the home-page FAQ current with the questions we hear most: service area, fuel grades, scheduling windows, cancellation policy, payment timing, and what to do if the driver can’t reach the vehicle.
Account, payments, and refunds
For account changes (name, email, phone, payment method) the customer app is the fastest path. For refunds and payment disputes, email support@dashlightfuel.com and we will reply with next steps.
